JOB SUMMARY

The Creative and Interactive Services Manager is responsible for the visual and interactive representation of the the resorts brand. This individual is responsible for developing creative guidlines and directing creative work, including pring collateral, websites, photography and videography. It also involves working with and understanding needs of internal and external teamsand finding a creative solution to meet goals and objectives.

Key Responibilities:

Interacive/Web services

  • Manage strategic creative direction, website design and visual prescence of the resort websites to help reach customers, increase revenues, communicate effectively and create operational efficiencies.
    • Includes working with creative agency , web developers and internal planning teams to assure efficient processes are implemented and to coordinate projects with overlapping responsiblities.
  • Implement and maintain web-based applications integrated with a variety of data sources including mobile applications, digital signage and various communications tools around the resort.
  • Execute and anaylyze website performance reports and content audits.
  • Develop and oversee management of company intranet.

 

Creative Services

  • Develope  with assistance from creative agency, manage and enforce resort brand standards and guidlines.
  • Provide creative direction to creative agency ensuring brand standards and resort objectives are being met.
    • Includes working with internal planning teams to develop project concepts and ongoing collaboration due to overlapping responsiblities.
  • Provide creative direction to Graphic Designer ensuring brand  standards are being met.
    • Assist Graphic Designer in developing solutions for project not easily aligning with brand standards and guidlines.
  • Assist with graphic design projects based on project and schedule deadlines.
  • Manage, schedule, produce and direct all photography project for internal and third party photographers ensuering results are on-brand and up to resort standards.
    • Assist with the distribution strategies including but not limited to website, social media, email, and media.
  • Manage, schedule, produce and direct all videography project for internal and third party photographers ensuering results are on-brand and up to resort standards.‚Äč
    • Assist with the distribution strategies including but not limited to website, social media, email, and media.
  • Oversee the management of the resorts digital asset management systems keeping assets current and available to stake holders including internal storage and external sharing systems.

 

Supervision recieved and excersized

  • General direction is received from marketing director and the executive team.
  • Direct management of Graphic Designer and Digital Content Coordinator.
